New-to-the-UK emergency response and rescue vessel (EERV) fleet firm Sentinel Marine has awarded Outreach an order to supply four ship set packages of rescue equipment.
The work will include one 7m aluminium fast rescue craft and one 10m aluminium daughter craft, both from FAST RSQ; one PRH 35H and one PRH 75AP davit launching system from Palfinger NED-DECK.
This order sees Palfinger NED-DECK continue its supply of davits for ERRVs. It also sees the arrival of FAST RSQ, incorporating its designs and regulations into the daughter craft market.
It is also Falkirk-based Outreach’s largest order to date.
Sentinel Marine currently has four vessels under construction, due to enter the UK ERRV market during 2014. It also has an option for a further four to be built.
